Each session is unique. We often begin by checking in on what is currently present in your life. From there, we turn inwards together, connecting directly with your wisdom self.
I witness and guide you in bringing nurturing care to the energetic patterns shaping your experience. The process allows you to organically strengthen your innate psychic abilities. You are the expert of your own experience, and our collaboration intends to validate your intuitive knowing.
Our time together clarifies your energy bodies, opens more flow of life force, and invites an embrace of your physical body as sacred ground.
You will also receive tools to enrich your spiritual practice and embody the insights gained during our sessions.

Private mentorship sessions are held virtually via Zoom or by phone. In-person sessions are at my office in the Ojai Valley area of Southern California.
Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes. Choose the length that feels right for you.

I typically book two to three weeks in advance and operate on Pacific Time.

Email sessions are available for established mentees and provide guidance on a single topic. This option is intended for a clear, contained inquiry.
In email sessions, I do a psychic reading on your topic. Then I offer energy transmission to you on the inner planes and a written response over e-mail.
One email question: $70 USD
You will receive a written response within approximately 72 hours.

More About My Path To Deep Coherence
Let me share with you more about my journey, as that directly relates to our time together.
I am a seasoned traveler of the inner realms with nearly 40 years devoted to the creative art of contemplation.
I was first recognized as a spiritual mentor when I began working professionally as a psychic at the age of 13. What began as a playful way to earn a little summer money revealed something deeper. I discovered I had a natural ability to read energy with accuracy, and that people were transformed by the exchange. Those early sessions brought me so much joy that I knew I wanted to continue adventuring into the inner realms with others.
In my 20s and 30s I underwent a series of spiritual initiations that reordered my understanding of reality. These included a complete dissolution into the Absolute and conscious experience of re-materialization, the rising of Kundalini, and regular lucid out-of-body travel. I began to perceive other lives and parallel realities. And I opened clear telepathic communication with many groups on the inner planes that I now partner with to transmit The Practice of Spiritual Mastery.
For many years, I did not speak publicly about these experiences. Instead, I devoted myself to spiritual study, seeking to integrate what was unfolding. I spent weeks at a time in solitary, silent retreat, honing my capacity to listen deeply and building continuity of presence through subtle realms. Over many years of inner journeying and the support of wonderful mentors, I became fluent in multiple esoteric traditions and developed a unique contemplative practice that continues to expand.
Alongside this inner work, my primary professional life was in arts and education. For twenty years, I mentored multi-disciplinary artists and collaborated in developing new work at institutions including New York University, The California Institute of the Arts, and The University of California, Santa Barbara, where I served as a tenured professor researching healing through creative practice.
During those decades I also toured around the world leading retreats and workshops on spiritual development. For many years I had the privilege to teach and then to serve as the resident spiritual advisor at Inner Way LA. And I founded a community dedicated to female psychic development, Lady Wisdom, that I led for 7 years. At the turn of my 40s I resigned my professorship and placed my focus entirely on offering spiritual mentorship.
Today, I am the founder and guide of Enlightening with Ease, a community of inner adventurers devoted to deepening The Practice of Spiritual Mastery. Within this community we explore the ways consciousness evolves through shared awareness. We are intentionally dismantling the growth through suffering archetype. As a collective presence we model the emerging paradigms of multi-personhood and growth through joy.
Both in community and in private mentorship, my time is devoted to helping people recognize their spiritual mastery and embody the revelations that are already alive within them.
Because for me, spiritual life is not separate from everyday life.
Spiritual Life is the commitment to turn towards that which brings forth greater light in every moment.

Is there a difference between a spiritual counselor or a spiritual mentor?
The terms “spiritual counselor” and “spiritual mentor” can be used interchangeably.
Both terms refer to someone who is able to offer meaningful advice on your path.
Personally, I use the term Spiritual Mentor.
The word “Mentor” comes from a character in Homer’s Odyssey. Throughout the journey, Athena, the Goddess of wisdom and courage, assumes the role of Mentor. Her intent is to protect others from harm and to clarify the path home.
For me, these ancient roots of the word mentor call forth the reminder that we are all on a sacred adventure, surrounded by good forces guiding our way.
How do I know if I’m ready for a spiritual mentor?
If you feel drawn to receiving spiritual mentorship, the best way to know if it’s right for you is to choose someone that feels resonant and experience it directly. Following your genuine interests helps strengthen your spiritual intelligence, which is your intuitive capacity to sense what nurtures you.
After one session, you’ll have a clearer sense of the kind of expansion that is possible and what “readiness” feels like in your being.
What happens during spiritual mentorship sessions?
Each session with me is unique. But all sessions are focused on experiential exploration of The Practice of Spiritual Mastery. We begin with checking in on what is present in your life right now. From there, we connect directly with your inner wisdom and bring nurturing awareness to the energetic patterns shaping your experience. Our time together clarifies your energy bodies. You will emerge with a strengthened ability to recognize what nourishes you and consistently act upon it in everyday life.
How often do we meet?
I trust your timing. For private sessions, the frequency of meetings is totally up to you. Our connection is personal and there is no “program” to follow. If you are not sure, you can always ask me to suggest a next meeting time. I will share the timing I think will be most empowering for your path.
Mentees often choose to meet with me monthly when they want to experience a consistent deepening in their practice of spiritual mastery. If your current life passage calls out for extra care then you may wish to meet more regularly.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time with no fee.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, your session will be fully refunded minus a $10 admin fee.
There is no refund for sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Am I able to contact you in between sessions?
Yes, I am available for brief e-mails between sessions if you want to share a reflection, clarify a practice point, or have a short question.
I typically respond within 1-4 business days.
If you share a reflection that does not have a direct question, you may not hear back from me. But rest assured, I will read what you send.
And it will be woven into our time together.
If you have opened mentorship with me and have a longer question then you may also request an e-mail session. This is for a single topic or question that you would love extra energetic support and clarity around. In these email sessions, I do a psychic reading of the field. Then I offer energy transmission to you on the inner planes and a written response in e-mail.
The cost is $70, and the turnaround is typically in 2- 4 business days. If it is a pressing topic you can always check in and see if I have time to get back to you more quickly.
Are there ways to receive mentorship other than private or small group sessions?
